We are excited to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $45. This discount is automatically applied at checkout—no coupon code is necessary.

Order Processing

Every order is carefully prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a notification as soon as your package is on its way.

Delivery Estimates

We ship to the United States and Canada using reliable carrier services. Please note that delivery estimates begin after the 1–2 day processing period:

  • Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days
  • Express Shipping: 7–15 business days (available on select items)

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your destination, seasonal carrier volume, or customs processing.

Shipping to Canada & The United States

We proudly ship to all 50 U.S. states and across Canada.

For Canadian Customers: Orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected or controlled by GreenLeaf Kitchens.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey.

  • Tracking Activation: Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
  • Account Access: You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account on our website.

Important Information

  • Address Accuracy: Please verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are unable to guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.
  • Shipping Delays: While rare, deliveries can be delayed by events outside our control, such as severe weather, customs inspections, or high carrier volume during holiday seasons.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your tracking shows no updates for an extended period, or if your items arrive damaged, please reach out to us within 30 days. We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a refund or replacement.
